Recently, the World Council for Health honored Prof Sucharit Bhakdi. If anybody deserved the honor, it was he. Along with his wife he was one of the first to spot the danger. With his book Corona, false alarm, in early 2020, he was one of the first in the healthcare to sound the alarm. I read it in German when if first came out. I am just grateful he is being recognized in this way.
Given the severity of the situation, and the lasting health compromises that resulted from the vaccinations, it is more important than ever that we do what we can to live in a healthy way.
Between
- a Whole Foods, Plant-Based diet,
- and intermittent fasting with regular 3-day water fasts,
- and taking a morning walk to greet the sunrise, as well as
- regular exercise,
- prayer and meditation,
- good sleep hygiene and
- healthy relationships,
those are the pillars of healthy living. The more you integrate these elements in your routine, the better off you’ll be. The bottom line is that #WFPB nutrition is THE anti-inflammatory diet, and the fasting routine is the garbage disposal for it helps the body clear out compromised cells.
Of course there are a number of protocols for more specific treatment to get these poisons out of your system as much as possible, but a healthy lifestyle is the foundation of it all. By all means pursue these if you feel that is warranted, but a healthy lifestyle is 60% of the job.
I will periodically discuss some information here. To begin with, I will write a post here about Nattokinase, both as a therapeutic agent, and in terms of Natto as a food, for it comes from fermented soybeans, and it is quite delicious if you know what you are doing.
