I don’t care what diet you follow, drinking water is the single most important thing you can do for yourself.
In most of the US, fluoridation is still the rule, even though it is long since scientifically obsolete. A good knife is the difference between crushing an onion, or cutting an onion. You will cry less with a sharp knife!
By the way, excuse my obsession with kitchen knives, but remember, a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife. Also, in practice, you will find that with a razor sharp knife you can cut up an onion practically without tears, whereas a dull knife will crush more than cut and it will make you cry for that reason. For me, how much the onions make me tear is always the tell tale sign that my knife is going dull.
