My Energy Body Update

The whole business of looking at the body as an energy system, is immensely appealing and I have been digging back into the literature, and I thought it was time for an update. We should note that the attention is shifting widely towards the body’s energy household, its mitochondrial activity. I also provide biofeedback services now, either as part of my #WFPB coaching program, or by itself. In terms of literature and other information, there is tons of it available, and the best advice is typically to just follow your nose, but I want to highlight some enduring classics here:

  • The Go-to book is without a doubt Robert O. Becker’s book The Body Electric. This is the book that will teach you how to look at the body as an energy system.
  • On the same level, there is Richard Gerber’s book, Vibrational Medicine, which is another enduring classic, now in its third edition, that gives you an insight in the whole array of vibrational technologies and how they can help with healing processes in the body.
  • Another classic, focused on the role of light in healing is Jacob I. Liberman’s Light: Medicine of the Future, How we can use it to heal ourselves.

There is a lot more, but these are good places to get started with your explorations. If you have been following the news a bit, recently Dr. Jack Kruse has been in the news, also in connection with the role that RFK Jr may be playing in a Trump administration. His recent interview with Mike Adams should not be missed. One of this key themes is about the blue light issue, and how it interferes with our circadian rhythm. There are at least some partial answers emerging, and I am involved with one of them, the company that makes Pure-Light, a new type of light bulb, which has a nano Titanium Dioxide coating, resulting in daylight quality lighting, but also the release of super oxides which deal with chemical and biological pollutants in the air, which is very powerful, considering that typical are filtration is only about particulates (airfilters are like sieves), and they don’t do so very well, because air filters produce a pressure drop, so it is always a compromise between free airflow (energy consumption!!!) and clean air.

In short, this issue of shifting towards daylight quality lighting indoors, is very directly relevant to good health. Getting out and getting real fresh air and sunshine remains key, but there’s a lot we can do to improve our indoor environment. I would say this issue is as important as all of Whole Foods Plant-Based nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, it is just not something we’ve paid a lot of attention to.

Here is also the link to my Lifestyle Coaching and Biofeedback page. I have found my learning and practicing of biofeedback very stimulating, and intriguing. I have come to use bone conducting headsets for my biofeedback sessions, and the best one by far to date is this Demicea Open Ear Sport Headset. You can go directly to the source here on my Genius Balancing Website. In all perhaps the most appealing thing about the whole energy healing spectrum is that the focus is on health, and mostly on self care. Taking responsibility for our health is the main mission, and a whole foods, plant-based lifestyle is one leg of that project, and generally the whole range of what is considered Lifestyle Medicine, and various energy technologies provide powerful support mechanisms for your system without side effects.
