Being Healthy beats Preventive Medicine

It is a general mistake in our culture to think medicine has anything to do with health. It does not. At best it is what you do when you are ill to help your body recover from whatever injury or affliction you may be suffering from. Health is about your body’s ability to recover by itself, and that is generally a function of nutrition and lifestyle, not pills, lotions, potions or other medical intervention. We are seeing in public health in particular how badly medicine has derailed. At this point it seems there is no point in recovery it. Allopathic medicine is an outright lie that merely enables unhealthy living.

With the Covid vaccine fiasco still costing more lives and causing more debilitating damage every day, the focus should be shifting to what we can do for ourselves, and Steve Kirsch has been making some interesting contributions, as has Calley Means.

Here are some powerful videos that deserve everyone’s attention.

  • Steve Kirsch speaks with Dr. Alan Goldhamer; the program includes reference to
  • Steve Kirsch at TrueNorth Health Center, interviewing Dr. Christian Bogner and Alex Zaharakis about the vaccination and autism nexus. Notably Dr. Bogner is devoting himself to finding appropriate treatment modalities and cures for autism, motivated by his own son who has vax-related autixam (only 99% is vax related). The highly anti-inflammatory Whole Foods, Plant-Based nutritioin model is an important key to his work.
  • And here is a new conversation of Calley Means with RFK Jr. They are certainly not beating around the bush! Now it seems the IRS is in on promoting pharma products directly against the interest of people’s heatlh.

The bottom line is intermittent fasting and water fasting and the resulting process of autophagy seems to be one of the most effective ways of getting rid of damaged cells and any cells with vaccine damage qualify. So your body can shed damaged cells, from any cause. This is a very beneficial process, and simply prevents lots of problems.

Dr. Paul E. Marik reported on Children’s Health Defense TV recently that autophagy combined with therapeutic doses of nattokinase is the best strategy to get rid of spike. Here is what he said:

Two Ways to Get Rid of Spike, as Shared by ICU Physician Dr. Paul Marik “How do you get rid of spike? There are only really two ways of doing it,” Dr. Marik denoted. • The first way to get rid of spike is to induce autophagy via intermittent fasting (time-related feeding). And the process of autophagy acts like the garbage collection system of the cell. • The second solution is through the intake of nattokinase, which is an enzyme produced from the fermentation of soy. “And what nattokinase does is it breaks down extracellular spike,” Dr. Marik explained. “If spike protein is in the cell, the only way to get rid of it is through autophagy. If it’s outside of the cell, nattokinase … breaks down the spike.” While both therapies are helpful, Dr. Marik suggests you take advantage of the benefits of both intermittent fasting and nattokinase.
